House Clearances
Drewery & Wheeldon Valuers & Auctioneers offer a sensitive and flexible house clearance service to executors of estates and people who are down-sizing. This service is accessible to both legal and property professionals, as well as individual members of the public. We are able to handle complete or part estates, carrying out full house clearances following an ethical recycling policy in accordance with regulations for all unsaleable items.
Tender Sales
Drewery & Wheeldon Valuers and Auctioneers often have items available for sale by tender. This method of sale will normally be used by a business wanting to dispose of assets, but not having the resources or time to handle the sale themselves. The value of items being sold by tender is not disclosed and no price is set until a bid is accepted.
On-Site Sales
Drewery & Wheeldon Valuers & Auctioneers have a strong auctioneering pedigree and have undertaken on-site sales since inception in 1879. Whilst the machinery has changed since then, the professional values and skills required have not. We undertake on-site sales for various clients including corporations, partnerships, retailers, wholesalers, small businesses and individuals, throughout Lincolnshire, South Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire.
Valuations & Appraisals
Drewery & Wheeldon Valuers and Auctioneers undertake written valuations of private and commercial property, land, business and agricultural assets, household furnishings and effects for probate, insurance, family division, tender sale and taxation purposes. Our valuation services are available to private clients, solicitors, businesses and commercial organisations.
