Drewery & Wheeldon Auctioneers undertake written valuations of private and commercial property, land, business and agricultural assets, household furnishings and effects for probate, insurance, family division, sale and taxation purposes. Our valuation services are available to private clients, solicitors, businesses and commercial organisations.

Valuations can be for a single item to a complete house or business contents. Our valuations will normally include a photographic record of principal items and will always include a written report and statement as to the particular circumstances of that valuation. We can even photograph full collections if necessary.

Valuations for Auction

For those selling at auction, we offer free verbal valuations and are happy to visit your home to assess any items you may wish to sell. We will do all necessary research on unusual items so as to achieve the very best auction results for every client.
